This place is wonderful. Ahmed is so knowledgeable and so helpful with shipping. They work with all the logistic companies and will help you find the best way at the best cost. They have all the shipping supplies and your basic office needs as well. I worked from home and exclusively used them for my office work. When I needed to ship 14 boxes to another state, Ahmed helped me find the best rates and saved me so much money versus having UPS pick up from my house. He even helped me unload the car. I would not go anywhere else in Berkeley.

I love these guys! I have a small business where I have to frequently send out packages to locations across the country. They're a super convenient place to take packages, and they take USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The person who owns the store is so kind, he's always willing to spring me a few "Fragile" stickers if I run out, or a document pouch. This is a great place to go if you have Small Business Chores you need to take care of. I think they even make keys and notarize.

I like this UPS/FedEx store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The guy and the young lady who work there are both charming. It's nice whenever I go there for my shipping. Glad they opened this store - very convenient for me.

The perfect spot to take returns & do your shipping — FedEx, USPS, UPS — & a super friendly owner. They also have mailboxes & shipping supplies & they also make keys! Will definitely come here for future mailing needs.

Wanted to love this place, but they completely bungled an attempt to ship internationally. Still useful for UPS dropoff, but I wouldn't ask them to do much more than that.
